As a pilates trainer and coach it is my mission to provide top notch pilates instruction and mentorship to the community.  As an avid mover and wellness advocate, I espouse sound movement practices engaged to encourage greater kinesthetic awareness, neuromuscular integrity and somatic longevity that will ensure practitioners a higher quality of life.  I design movement experiences and facilitate fitness programs to equip my students with the ability to embrace their best selves and to lead an empowered life by liberating their movement potential through pilates performance and experience.
